• Skills: The ability to identify the causes and find effective solutions is another important component of an effective environmental program.

• Participation: Encouraging the audience to be involved actively at different levels of environmental resolutions helps in forming a successful environmental program.

Learners should develop the art to gather and analyse the relevant information. Based on this, they should make informed decision and actively participate in the process.
